How much does shipping and handling cost?

Do you ship Internationally?
I do ship Internationally, please contact me for a shipping quote. Shopify does not currently offer per item shipping fees to facilitate accurate International shipping fees.
International Customs Charges and/or Duty Fees:
For information on import fees, tariffs, taxes, duty fees, etc. you need to contact your countries mail/customs agency. Some countries charge taxes, tariffs, import fees and duty fees before they will deliver your package. THIS IS NOT IN MY CONTROL and I have no way of knowing if there will be a charge and/or for how much this might be. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO MARK PACKAGES AS GIFTS OR TO LOWER THE PRICE OF YOUR ORDER, THIS IS CONSIDERED FRAUD AND IS AGAINST THE LAW. ALL LEGAL AND LEGITIMATE SELLERS ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THESE INTERNATIONAL POSTAL/CUSTOMS LAWS. AS AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER, THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. THANK YOU!!
Has my order shipped?
I do my best to get orders out within 1-4 business days from the day you place your order. Shipping dates are approximate. At times there may be a delay due to kids activities, volunteering and "life". I also have a few "jobs" in addition to running this shop, thank you for understanding! Once your order has shipped, you should receive a shipping notification e-mail.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
This all depends on the USPS. Once I have hand delivered your package to the USPS, it is out of my control as to the time it will take for delivery. I can say that from experience my customers usually receive their package 2-3 days from ship date.
Are tracking numbers available on shipments?
Yes, I purchase Delivery Confirmation and Insurance for all orders. Once I have purchased your shipping label and shipped your package, you should receive an email notification with your tracking information for your reference.
What if I discover you have made an error with my order?
"I am human", thank you for understanding!!! If I have made an error with your order - by either sending the wrong item, shorting you an item or sending damaged items - I will refund the bead amount and "per item" shipping fees back to the account you paid by. Thank you again for your understanding that I am human!!!
What is your return policy?
I accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you to prevent damage. Once I received the item back in the condition it was sent, I will refund the bead purchase price minus Shopify and/or Paypal fees back to the account you paid by. You are responsible for the original shipping fees and return shipping fees.
Do you take your own pictures?
Yes, I take all my own photographs. I take all my pictures in natural sunlight. This can make the beads appear a bit lighter/darker than in person. I do my best to photograph/describe beads as accurately as possible. In no way would I ever misrepresent any items that I sell. I use a macro lens so you are able to get a closer look at the bead detail and color. I describe the bead colors how I see them. Remember, your monitor settings may be different than mine so please refer to my descriptions. If once you receive your items and for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP. THANK YOU!!!! All of my photographs and content on my website are copyrighted.

If there are items that you would like that are not currently listed or you need more than what is listed, please contact me. If I do not have a particular item in stock at the moment, I may or may not be getting more depending on the supply and demand of the product.
