    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".

    Do you accept returns?

    Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.

    Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?

    Lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages does not occur often, but I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. This can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

    I love these matt blue rondelles. They are a bit darker blue and have some sparkle.

    I have used these beads a lot and am glad you still had them. The mix of blues is a big plus and so is the sparkle!

    These lovely rondelles are a soft medium blue with sparkle. I have used them for my beaded necklaces.
